I design itineraries for vacations, group trips and incentive travel -- so you can enjoy the experience, not manage it.

let's start planning

your trip, designed from scratch

I take your wish list and build a detailed, day-by-day itinerary — restaurants, tours, transfers, hotel perks — all confirmed and in one place.

you don't need more options. you need the right ones.

Blog posts, TikToks, reviews, hotel after hotel — and somehow you're less confident than when you started.

Too many options. Too many opinions. No way to know which ones are right for your trip, your budget, and your idea of a good time.

That's what I solve — not more options, but the right ones.

As a Virtuoso member, your booking comes with perks: room upgrades, daily breakfast, spa or resort credits, early check-in, late checkout, and VIP treatment at 1,400+ properties worldwide.

Know where you want to go? Great. Torn between three places? Even better — I'll compare based on time of year, logistics, and what fits your budget.
No guessing. No FOMO.

I match you to the right property — not just star ratings, but room layout (especially with kids), pool situation, dining, noise level, and whether it actually feels the way the photos suggest.

The heart of what I do. A detailed plan with times, addresses, confirmation numbers, and notes — not a vague list of suggestions. Pull it up on your phone at the restaurant door.

Restaurants (including the hard-to-get ones), private tours, museum tickets, cooking classes, spa appointments, airport transfers. Confirmed and organized before you leave.

Plans change. Flights get delayed. I'm available during your trip to rebook, adjust, and troubleshoot — so you're never spending vacation time on hold with an airline.

what custom itinerary design looks like

Don't see your destination? Reach out — between Virtuoso's global network and my own research, I can plan almost anywhere.

Worldwide — with deep personal experience and strong connections in:

Japan — Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima

France — Paris, Lyon, Normandy

The Caribbean — Anguilla, Saint Martin, Turks and Caicos

Hawai'i — all islands, with a local's perspective

Ecuador, Peru, Spain, Greece, Hungary — and growing

where i plan

Non-refundable per-person planning fee based on total trip spend.

We'll discuss this on our first call — no surprises, no commitment until you're ready.

The fee covers all research, planning, booking, and coordination. Virtuoso perks (upgrades, breakfast, credits often worth $100–$300 a stay) come at no additional cost.

your investment

Culinary experiences, cultural immersion, sports, adventure. You want someone who speaks that language — not someone building a trip around generic "top 10" lists.

The solo traveler or adventurer.

Anniversary, honeymoon, milestone birthday. You want it to feel intentional and personal — not cobbled together between meetings.

The couple celebrating something.

You don't want to compare 40 hotels. You want to show up somewhere beautiful with a plan that works. I make that happen — for both of you.

The "just book something" partner.

You handle the logistics — always. You'd love to go on a trip where you're *on* the vacation, not running it. Someone else finds the kid-friendly restaurant with the view, the hotel room that fits a family of four, the activity that keeps everyone happy.

The planning parent.

who this is for

how it works

common questions

Ideally 3-6 months for most trips, and 9-12 months for peak season or popular destinations (Japan during cherry blossom season, Europe in summer, Caribbean over the holidays). I've planned great trips on shorter timelines — it just means fewer options for the most in-demand hotels and restaurants.

Depends on what "simple" means to you. If you're booking a weekend at a resort you've been to before, you probably don't need me. But if you're going somewhere new, traveling with kids, or spending more than a few thousand dollars, the value adds up fast — between the Virtuoso perks, the time you save, and the peace of mind.

Virtuoso is a global network of the world's best travel advisors and hotels. When I book through Virtuoso, you get benefits the hotel doesn't offer to direct bookers — room upgrades when available, complimentary daily breakfast, a hotel credit (usually $100+ for spa, dining, or experiences), early check-in, late checkout, and a welcome amenity. These come at no extra cost to you.

Yes. I monitor fares, recommend routing, and can book flights as part of your itinerary. I charge a ticketing fee per ticket issued.

I'll walk you through cancellation policies before you commit to anything. My planning fee is non-refundable, but hotel and vendor cancellation terms vary — and I always look for flexible options when they're available.

You've been thinking about it long enough. Tell me where you want to go — I'll come back with a plan that makes you wonder why you ever tried to do this yourself.
