I design itineraries for vacations, group trips and incentive travel -- so you can enjoy the experience, not manage it.

let's start planning

group trips without the group chat chaos

I coordinate room blocks, group rates, excursions, and dinner reservations — so nobody gets stuck being "the planner."

group travel

someone always gets stuck planning.
it doesn't have to be you.

Someone has a great idea. Everyone's excited. A group chat is born. And then... it stalls.

Half the group has opinions about everything. The other half says "I'm down for whatever" but never responds to the poll. And the person who brought it up? They're now running a spreadsheet, collecting deposits, and quietly resenting that their vacation has become a part-time job.

I take the whole plate — not just a little off it.

how I plan group trips

Group itinerary

Transportation

Dining coordination

Shared activities and excursions

Private boat days, cooking classes, guided tours, wine tastings — experiences that work for your size, budget, and group's definition of "fun."

Large-group reservations are a headache. I handle it — including restaurants that don't take parties over 8 (they will for me).

Airport transfers, shuttles, rental cars, ferries. Everyone gets from A to B without 15 separate Uber accounts.

Clear, easy-to-read, with dates, times, and confirmations. No more "wait, where are we going tomorrow?" texts.

Communication

I send updates to the group so you don't have to be the messenger.

Friend trips
Milestones, annual getaways, "we've been talking about this for years" trips

Bach weekends
Planned so the best friend actually enjoys it too

Celebration travel
Anniversaries, retirements, graduations

Destination weddings
Guest coordination, welcome events, group activities

Multi-family travel
Two or three families, one plan that keeps everyone (including the kids) happy

types of group trips I plan

6 to 60+. Sweet spot is 10-25 people — big enough for group rates, small enough for personalized planning.

who this is for

You always end up planning. You love your people, but you are tired. You want someone to own it — completely — so you can show up as a guest, not a coordinator.

The organizer

You want to go, you're excited, and you feel a little guilty someone else is doing all the work. When I'm involved, nobody is. Clear itinerary, you know what you owe, show up and have fun.

The rest of the group

Collecting deposits via Venmo is awkward. I set up payment structures and communicate costs clearly so that conversation is off your shoulders.

The one managing the money

The organizer had fun. The "whatever you pick" people were pleasantly surprised. And the group chat? Back to being fun again.

Room block, activities, dining, transfers — all booked. Everyone gets clear instructions on what they owe and when.

2-3 options with pricing, activities, and a sample itinerary. The organizer shares it. People weigh in. I adjust.

common questions

4-6 months is ideal for most trips. For larger groups (20+), peak season travel, or international destinations, start 6-9 months out. The earlier we start, the better the hotel and rate options.

I can set up a payment structure where each person pays their share directly, or the organizer can collect and pay as a group. Either way, I provide clear cost breakdowns so everyone knows exactly what they owe.

Totally normal. I build in a mix of group activities and free time. Some people want to do everything together; others want a morning to themselves. The itinerary accommodates both.

It happens. I'll walk you through cancellation policies upfront so you know the implications, and I build in flexibility where I can. Room blocks usually have a release date — I'll make sure everyone knows the deadlines.

You started the group chat. You had the idea. Now let someone else handle the spreadsheet, the reservations, and the "so what's the plan?" texts — so you can be part of the trip, not just the person who planned it.
