Fees start at $500 per event and include up to three (3) sites. Fees may be waived if the client books a venue.
The fees will be determined after our consultation call. The scope of work, destination, length of trip and number of guests are a few of the factors that will be considered.
If the client decides to cancel our relationship or terminate my services, the client will be charge 10% of the total trip plus applicable supplier fees.
For requests made within 30 days of travel, an additional fee of $100 per person will apply. For requests made within 45 days of travel, an additional fee of $75 per person will apply.
If the client's information is not provided to the supplier by the supplier's deadline, then the change fee will be charged to the client.
A client is allowed a maximum of three (3) itinerary changes. If additional changes are requested beyond the allocation, then an additional fee of $50 per request will be charged, plus applicable supplier fees.
Your total trip planning fee will be calculated as a percentage of your total trip spend. It does not include your non-refundable per-person deposit.
I require a non-refundable per-person deposit to start working on your trip. The fee starts at $75 per person and will be determined following the discovery call.
